PACI UPDATE!

Abby has been without her Paci since Sunday! Yesterday she did not even ask for it! Bedtime has been pretty easy.. She now just picks out a stuffed animal or Barbie to sleep with. Also, a great friend of ours gave Wyatt a Country tunes Lullaby CD.. Abby loves it.. I have been putting that on at night and she is asleep by the 3rd or 4th song! Thanks Zac and Heather!

Still doing OK!!

I had my doctor's appointment yesterday and everything is still ok! Wyatt is still getting big and is weighing in at 5 pounds 8 ounces! I am still on bedrest and will be 33 weeks tomorrow. Keep us in your prayers.. They are working!!!! I needed to make it to 34 weeks and I am almost there! We hope he stays put until Stephen returns on the 12th!!! We will keep you posted! On another note.. We are soooo proud of Abby! She will be 3 next month and has been extremely attached to her paci! We have tried and tried to get rid of it but nothing worked! On Sunday morning, she walked over to the trash can and threw them away.. Then she got down on the floor and just cried! It was so sad.. but Daddy took her to the toy store and let her pick out a prize. She has been doing so great! No paci now for 53 hours and counting! YAY ABBY!!!!! You are now a BIG GIRL!!!!!

WYATT UPDATE/BEDREST

Well for some reason I knew this time was going to come again. I am on bedrest again! Dr. Friedman says everything looks great so thank goodness for those steroid shots! I am 32 week (almost) so Wyatt needs to just hang out a little longer. My doctor said if I can hold off for another 2-3 weeks we will be in good shape. He will definitely make his arrival before Christmas! :) He is weighing in at 5 pounds! That is great news! Please keep us in your prayers as we are hoping to avoid another NICU journey! If not, we surely know what to expect and how to handle the NICU. My sweet Abby spent a month there but I don't know if Daddy can handle that again! WE are all staying strong and in hopes I can make it another few weeks! Thanks to everyone for your help during this time! I know poor Abby is ready for all of this to be over! She wants her MOMMY to hold her!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEPHEN!

Stephen's birthday was this past Sunday. Abby and got up early and made him his favorite blueberry muffins. She was so excited about taking it to him while he was still asleep. :) Then, we gave him his new wallet and overnight bag for his trips away from home. That night, we invited Grammy and Granpa to come along with us to our favorite place to eat, HB Japanese Steakhouse. Abby just LOVES it. She will eat everything they put in front of her. We had a great cook that night he let Stephen and Abby show off behind the stove and take a pic and wear the big red hat. Happy Birthday Stephen! WE LOVE YOU!

WOW

So tomorrow I am having a BABY SHOWER for Wyatt. I can't believe I am actually attending one pregnant. Since Abby came so early, she was already born and in the hospital when I had my showers for her. I am very excited and can't wait to post pics! I will be 31 weeks on Wednesday and am so thankful I have made it this far without complications. GOD IS GOOD! Please keep those prayers coming that I make it to Christmas! Boy, that would be great!!! Abby is so excited about being a big sister! I can't believe that I will be a Mommy of 2 next month! How amazing!!!!!

BABY SHOWER and WYATT UPDATE

This past Monday I had my first baby shower for Wyatt! My Stay at home Mommy Group gave me a shower. We had a blast.. all the kids played while we ate, played shower games and opened presents.
I am 29 weeks this week and Baby Wyatt is 3 pounds! He is growing so fast and praying everyday he stays put until around Christmas! No signs of pre term labor yet! THANK GOODNESS! The baby room is completed and will post pics soon. Abby is very excited and is practicing giving a bottle to her baby dolls as well as bathing them.
