We just returned from our wonderful vacation in Florida. We met my parents and my sister and her family in Panama City for a much needed week vacation.. My parents were going down anyway to watch my two nieces, Londen and Parris in the World Series Softball Tournament... so we decided to go as well and stay with my parents in their condo.. Abby had so much fun playing at the pool. She was not crazy about the sand at the beach, so she enjoyed the pool EVERY morning and every night until in closed. We also went to the softball games and wow it was sooo hot. We took Abby to some of the amusement places around Panama and she loved riding the go carts with Stephen! The picture of us with the VERY TALL man was taken at the Ripley's Believe or Not Museum.. Hope you enjoy our pics! Thanks Mamaw and Papaw for a great trip to the beach!

Family Weekend!

On Saturday, Stephen and I took Abby to the Museum of Natural History. We had a wonderful time! The best part was the Butterfly Garden. Abby was amazed that the butterflies would just come up and land on your hand. She also enjoyed the movie at the Planetarium.. We took a break from our tour and headed outside to have a picnic. She thought it was so fun to eat outside on a blanket. We had a great day! Now, on Tuesday, Abby and I will join our friends Mrs. Bridgett, Abbey Grace and Josh for a trip to the Children's Museum.

WOW!

This past weekend, Abby and I tagged along with Stephen while he worked in San Antonio and Austin. Luckily, Grandma lives in Blanco which is close to both cities so we stayed with her! Abby had such a good time! She got to pick carrots and tomatoes out of the garden, swim, feed the horses, chase deer (ha), play in the sand box, swing, chase all 4 weenie dogs around, and ride the tractor with daddy! It was also great to see Aunt Jenni and baby cousin Morgan! Thanks Grandma! We had a wonderful time!!! Thanks for all the yummy food!

Abby and I went to Katy Mills Mall with my friend Amber and her son Jackson! Abby and Jackson seem to really like each other! They held hands as we walked through the mall! We had a great time Amber! lets do it again!!!!

Grandma Laura made Abby this Dorothy dress! Abby is obsessed with THE WIZARD OF OZ! The other day, she wanted to wear it to Pump it Up to show all of her friends! She even wants to sleep in it!

The House that Grandpa Built!

Grandpa built Abby the coolest play house! Thank you so much! Grammy thank you for painting and decorating it! This playhouse has electricity, ceiling fan, loft and a skylight.. thanks to Daddy! We can't wait to come spend the night again!!!

A day out with Mommy

I don't go into downtown Houston unless it is to eat lunch with Grammy or a doctor's appointment or something.. This city is soooo big, I just end up getting lost every time I go.. Well, last Friday, I had to go into town.. With Abby in tow, I decided we would make a day out of it. Because our favorite little place, The Castle, was closed for repairs, we drove into Sugarland. We visited the Children's Museum and had a nice time. Afterwards, we went across the street and had lunch and dessert at this cute CAFE"! The cookies were a hit. Abby was presented a plate with 3 cookies and they let her decorate them. Then off to Sweet and Sassy for a manicure and pedicure. This was Abby's first visit to the little spa so she thought it was GREAT! She sat patiently while they painted her toes and fingers! After a full day, she fell asleep as soon as we got in the car! What a day!
